Use of the App
ReelTime is intended for members of participating fishing clubs.
You agree to use the app responsibly and only for lawful purposes.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activities carried out using it.
Catch Information
Catch reports and photographs remain your responsibility.
By submitting catch information, you grant ReelTime permission to use anonymised data for club reporting, fishery management and conservation purposes.
Live Location
Location sharing is optional.
Background location is only used during an active fishing session that you choose to start.
Exact fishing locations are not shared with other members.
Availability
While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, ReelTime cannot guarantee that all features will always be available.
River conditions, weather information and third-party data are provided for guidance only.
Safety
Users remain responsible for their own safety when fishing.
Always follow club rules and local regulations.
Do not rely solely on ReelTime for navigation or emergency assistance.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding and software relating to ReelTime remain the property of ReelTime unless otherwise stated.
Changes
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
